@@JustUjan22 No joke, his comedy has gotten so loose and fun, he's really grown into his own without the audience. He's gotten visibly more comfortable. The inside jokes, the constant callbacks, the bits with Wally... its all the best the show has ever been.
@@llabronco absolutely the correction segment, the tiny secret whispers thing he does, casual interaction with writers staff like Wally!! Simply Amazing how much he's improved.

I cant help but mention the end of that David Wells story. Jimmy has talked about it before, they stay out until 530 AM, Jimmy wakes up and Wells is pitching, he thinks its a replay of an older game and Wells pitched a perfect game. Here's the title of the video from David's perspective. "David Wells remembers the night before his Perfect Game"

Love Seth, but kinda like the lack of audience. His improv is hilarious and I don’t know if it would work with audience reactions. I like Stephen Colbert too but he’s the opposite, I think he needed the audience back.

Seth is much better without his audience! I also enjoyed Colbert without his audience and was sad when he got his back, but he really plays off the crowd well, so he deserves it.
Not that Seth doesn’t play to a crowd well, I just feel that we wouldn’t get the zanier aspects of the show (the tangents, the callbacks, the inside jokes, Corrections) with an audience present.

Good stuff. I have watched a lot of Padres games and David Wells pitched for the Padres for a while. He was very good and sometimes they would want to talk to him after a great pitching outing and he would be drinking beer. He had a helluva curveball.

Don't know if I would want that. Seth is my favourite late night talk show host and I feel his show is exactly where he is perfect.
It would be intense pressure on Seth but I think he’d be able rise to the challenge. Meyers vs Colbert, can you believe that lineup? Btw it won’t happen anytime soon because the network loves Fallon because he beats Colbert in the 18 - 24 demography.
